Flogging Competition In Osun State

A brutal flogging competition recently happened at Ipetu-Ijesha in osun state between  two notable streets namely “Odoise” and Ifofin.

According to an eyewitness Amina Alake, each street sends in representatives (competitors) who come out and beat/flog the hell out of one another. The more pain a participant withstands in a particular beating round, the higher the points earned by such participant.

At the end of the beatings, the street with highest points wins and gets a prize from the king.
