Pictured above is Cyril Dum Wite, the Special Adviser to Governor Wike on Special Projects. He was arrested by Army Officers after he was allegedly caught leading a vehicle transporting men (said to be political thugs), in fake military uniforms in Bori, Rivers state. The vehicle was also allegedly filled with arms.
