Work To Begin Next Week On Lagos-Ibadan Expressway - Fashola

Babatunde Raji Fashola, the Minister of Power, Works and Housing, has said contractors will resume work on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway next week.

Fashola disclosed this at the inaugural Buharimeter Town Hall meeting which held in Abuja yesterday. He said the contractors had abandoned several projects because the last administration owed them money, but they are willing to resume work again next week. The minister also noted that the Buhari-administration is yet to release funds to them, but they trust the integrity of the new Government.
